Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please direct message us on Instagram.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
· Damaged returns are accepted with 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
- Want a different size?
- We offer free exchanges on eligible items (one exchange per order). We cannot ensure that the size you want will be available at the time of exchange.
- To start an exchange, direct message us on Instagram with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your returned item.
